If you are intending to do a group booking or invite customs/suppliers to the event, then please contact Paul Newman on paul@bike-fest.com. He will take you through the process and discuss invoicing and payment options with you.
Paul can also supply paper entry forms if needed.
The entry fee includes:
Ride entry, free usage of feed stations, free usage of facilities (toilets, showers, changing rooms), and after ride supper.
Entries will be handled on a first-come-first-served basis. Entries are limited and non-refundable.

The entry fee is non-refundable or transferable to another person that includes event cancellation due to circumstances beyond our control. In the unlikely case that the event has to be cancelled due to the lack of participants, we will reimburse your entry fee (minus the handling charge of Ride HQ).
